I've known Rockie for MANY years first as a co-worker and then as my best friend. Most recently, I went to her for help in selling my aunt's home. I don't know a thing about having to sell a home and Rockie made us feel at ease about the entire process. She was also compassionate about the reasons why we had to sell. She went above and beyond our expectations -- and I don't think because she is a family friend -- I think because that is truly her way. She puts everything into whatever task is at hand. We got the house sold in no time at all and she made it very easy for my aunt to understand. She was with her every step of the way and then some. She knows that each person she meets is different and has a different situation for buying or selling or even just considering either one. She keeps things on task and follows up without you feeling the pressure. On another instance, I considered selling my mother's home. She found me ALL the people needed to get estimates, recommendations, etc. -- and ALL the people she recommended were good people and knew what they were talking about. I consider her recommendations highly since I know she wouldn't recommend anyone that didn't meet her own standards. I think the world of Rockie -- as a very dear friend, but also as a person who I KNOW I can trust -- in her work and in getting the task done the best way possible.
